From Hargita to Bukovina through the Kelemen National Park

We leave from the center of Toplita on DN 15 where we will make a first stop at the mausoleum monument at Gura Secului where 771 Romanian soldiers who fell in the First World War sleep their eternal sleep.

We continue our ascent on the Lomas forest road along the course of the waters that descend from the Calimani - Lomas and Voevodeasa Mountains.
At the intersection of Lomas and Voevodeasa roads, a superb hermitage belonging to the Monastery of St. Ilie Toplița stands tall among the towering fir trees, a pleasant place to stop where you can visit the monastery dedicated to All Saints. The inner courtyard of the hermitage, the lake formed by the accumulation of water, the deep silence will be a good respite for meditation.
We continue the ascent on the route from Dealul Alb crossing forests and vast pastures, we climb gently, gently towards the alpine gap. We will encounter a rich flora and fauna specific to alpine and subalpine forests and pastures.

We easily reach the alpine gap where we can make a first stop at the mountain barns in the area where we can taste traditional products from the barn.
We climb gently, gently towards the altitude of 2000 m with points of major interest, Lake Iezer in Călimani, the belvedere point and the weather station located at an altitude of 2023 m
The Călimani Mountains are the youngest and highest mountains of volcanic origin in Romania. Peaks such as Rețitiș, Pietrosu, Negoiu Unguresc, Căliman Izvor, Călimanul Cerbului exceed the altitude of 2000 m.
From the weather station on the Reȣitiș hill, we start to descend towards the former mining operation in the Călimani Mountains.
We continue our descent towards the villages of Bucovina, Gura Haitii, Neagra Sarului, Panaci Commune, Dragoiasa Village and Glodu, after which we cross the IuteÈ™ Pass on a difficult road to the beautiful town of Bilbor, a purity zone in Romania with rich mineral water springs and dining areas traditional. We serve the meal at the gastronomic point in the north of Harghita county - CASA VLC. This stop consists of tasting traditional dishes where we serve drinks specific to the area. The meal includes a traditional platter and 2 dishes plus dessert.

The excursion program may undergo changes depending on the wishes of the client, weather conditions or unforeseen situations.
Travels are made with specially equipped off-road vehicles.
Throughout the trip you will be accompanied by a guide and specialized staff.
