Reformed Church in Szekler Neumarkt
Kezdi chair Kézdivásárhely Iskola utca 8. Kèzdivásàrhely
The building, which closes the main square from the southwest, is one of the largest churches in Transylvania.
Traditionally, it was built over a much smaller temple that could be used at the time of construction, and the small temple was only demolished after it was completed. That's how the new one got really big - they say.
The building also features late Renaissance, Baroque and Classicist styles. Baroque helmet bell tower was built in 1846, and its organ was built in 1861 by the famous organ maker István Kolonics, who settled in the city for a while.
