The voluntary co-operative work series, having as their purpose the renovation of the baths, that are considered special features of the Szeklerland, arrived to the upper part of Three Chairs in 2012. Under the initiative of Sándor Tamás, the President of the County Council, the Ars Topia Foundation has organized the renovation of the Malom and Csókás Baths of Cernat.

On 8th August, with the help of volunteers from Hungary, Denmark, Spain and locals, the renovation of the two baths started. Even companies got involved in the work. Some of them contributed to the work with food, other with construction materials and machines. This exemplary collaboration resulted in a miracle in ten days in the neighborhood of Cernat, and today the sulphurous medical bath, which has a special mood, welcomes those who suffer from joint and rheumatic diseases.
