We created the Cernatoni fruit press in 2014 to create and promote a healthy lifestyle.
In our small factory, the fruit is washed, minced, squeezed and, if required, pasteurized at 80-85 Celsius and then packaged.
Thanks to the German-made Speidel hydraulic juicer, the juices are gently pressed due to the short spout, giving the juice a very delicate aroma and refreshing effect.
